JOB SUMMARY

Comments
Provide efficient and effective administrative and client service support to account management in the day-to-day operations of assigned account(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Management
Create and monitor timelines. Run status reports. Keep team informed throughout project life cycle on status. Ensure all schedules are adhered to and deliverables are met
Financial Tracking
Oversee budget(s) by developing and preparing estimates, monitoring project budgets, and tracking budgets versus actuals
Administrative
Schedule and attend meetings, take notes, prepare necessary documents, book meetings and secure conference rooms

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Comments
• Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape.

• Provides client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately.

• Interface with internal departments ensuring successful completion of all projects.

• Full follow-through of all projects.

• Work with internal departments and client to advise status of on-going projects.

• Maintain budgets for all on-going projects.

• Duties may include budget control, schedule administration and report writing.

• Attend business and strategy meetings relating to assigned account(s); prepare status reports and/or client contact reports.

• Research and review competitive copy for presentation to account team.

• Obtain necessary legal clearances on all advertising under direction of supervisor.
