JOB OVERVIEW

Demonstrates the ability to create big brand ideas and put them into action. Responsible for the day-to-day activity on assigned accounts. Demonstrates creative and innovative thinking in both their approach and work product. Works closely and collaboratively with account, media, and creative teams to nurture ideas. Grows client relationships to include key mid level clients in marketing and research. Develops strong presentation skills. Ensures a broad understanding of research and is capable of developing creative approaches to how research can help provide insights. Has the ability to begin fostering strong relationships with middle level marketing clients and has begun to earn their trust and respect.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Research
  • Perform research
Channel Selection & Audience media preference
  • Help to figure out how/why/where potential customers get their information
Brand Planning
  • Conduct insight mining and literature reviews, take part in market research, provide input into discussion guides


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as key planning team member on the brand team for the healthcare business and ultimately assure the quality of the strategic and creative products the team produces.
  • Has an overall responsibility for understanding the business, consumer and creative issues, leveraging insights, writing briefs and conducting briefings on several brands.
  • Marry strategic and creative aptitude in order to create meaningful, memorable and measurably impactful engagement strategies for health/wellness space.
  • Provide insights into the value and limitations of both on and offline channels.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with account management, media, creative counterparts and senior marketing clients.
