JOB OVERVIEW

The Business Development Coordinator provides efficient and effective administrative and new business support to senior account management in the day-to-day operations of the new business departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Learn Strategic Planner role
  • Assist planners with research projects
Project Management
  • Create and update timelines, update new business spreadsheets


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the SVP, New Business Director and Strategy Department with tasks associated with new business activities.
  • Interface with various departments ensuring successful completion of all projects (i.e., creative, account services).
  • Maintains the New Business and Marketing Share Drive library of agency work, case history files, image and logo banks, RFP Best Answers, etc.
  • Keeps files updated, complete, and organized with pre-set, logical, intuitive nomenclature, etc.
  • Maintains/updates library of biographies, PR stories, and any archival material critical to agency's mission, etc.
  • Assists with pitch/client meeting production, meeting prep and break down/cleanup as necessary.
  • Assists with presentation support - PowerPoint and other software as necessary.
  • Creates and maintains calendar + meeting requests; works w/NB Director + Manager to cover all projects that happen simultaneously.
  • Ensures that the New Business client lists and all other RFI/RFP info frequently needed is kept current.
  • Collects New Business status report information monthly.
  • Assists with light administrative work as needed: Infrequent travel, expense reports, shipping etc.
