Job Overview

Accounting manager will assist the financial controller to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of revenue close and reporting. 
Accounting manager will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a few years of accounting experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is preferred but not required.  The candidate must have strong prioritization skills and feel comfortable taking initiative in order to deliver results.

Responsibilities for Accounting Manager

·         Assist in the revenue month end close process for FCB Health

·         Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit

·         Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

·         Prepare, review, and analyze revenue reports to ensure accuracy and completeness

·         Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

·         Prepare balance sheet reconciliation for revenue accounts

·         Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

Qualifications for Accounting Manager

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred but not required

·         3+ years of accounting experience

·         Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

·         Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization

·         Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

·         Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
